Singapore-based shared office firm JustCo takes 16-storey building in Seoul

Co-working space startup JustCo invests aggressively in Korea.

Launched in the Korean market less than a year ago, it is opening its 4th outlet, a 16-storey building in Gangnam, Seoul to be renamed as JustCo Tower. The company plans to open the 140k square-feet building in November.

JustCo Tower will be the first whole-building lease and the biggest office space in the firm’s portfolio. The CEO Gong Wan Sing says that 60% of the new JustCo tower is booked.

The shared office market in Korea is growing over 60% YoY and is estimated to hit US$653.2 million by 2022.
