Carriesoft withdraw IPO plan amid market volatility

Kids content provider Carriesoft announced it will drop its plan for Initial Public Offering (IPO) due to the current market volatility weighing on investor sentiment.

It added that its underwriter couldn’t determine the public offering price amid market volatility arising from on-going trade conflicts between Korea and Japan, and China and the US.

The company says it will still try for an IPO within 2019 if the market sentiment turns positive. Mirae Asset Daewoo has underwritten the IPO.
